The Cupboard
Things that help you keep caring.
Three ways of orienting
This inclusion invites you to notice your experience as weather.
You might start by noticing:
- where you are on a simple scale (from very hard to very good)
- what the weather feels like right now
Then you might notice your body:
- where you feel the weather
- clues like a tight tummy, clenched fists, warm cheeks, heavy legs, or buzzy energy
- whether the sensation feels big or small, still or moving
There's no need to explain anything.
There's no right answer.
This inclusion helps when experience feels big, fast, or hard to name.
It helps what's happening find room to land.
You are not the weather.
